Important: Because we process and pack orders immediately, we cannot cancel or return orders due to changes in stock levels.
Please ensure all details are correct and the item you order are correct before placing your order.
Orders placed are final.

All sales are final. Please double-check and confirm your order details before placing it. Returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing are not available.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Email us at completecomfortablecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We will assess these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us right away if there are any problems.

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you reside outside of Australia, please note that return shipping times may be longer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
