Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

We process and pack orders daily; however, shipping is only available on business days. 

A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your purchase.
(If you do not receive an email, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please contact us immediately to update your details.)

A dispatch email will follow within 1-3 days after placing your order, confirming that your order is on its way.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post.

Important: Because we process and pack orders immediately, we cannot cancel or return orders due to changes in stock levels. Please ensure all details are correct and the item you order are correct before placing your order.

Orders placed are final. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping:
    We offer a flat shipping rate of $12 to all destinations within Australia.

    Standard Shipping: Delivered via Australia Post, standard shipping takes 2-7 business days within Australia.
  • Flat Rate Expressing Shipping:
    We offer a flat shipping rate of $17 to all destinations within Australia.

    Express Shipping: Delivered via Australia Post, express shipping takes 1-3 business days within Australia. 


International Shipping Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United States.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate fee of $24 applies for all international orders.

International orders are shipped from Australia and are dependent / estimated on delivery. 

We ship internationally using EMS. 

If you would prefer a different carrier, please leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order. Additional fees will apply for changes in courier services.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Import Duties and Taxes 

Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Complete Comfortable Company is not responsible for these charges. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Any other charges—even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If your order requires additional fees, they must be paid for your package to clear customs.
